Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki is the oldest daughter of three, was born in Stamford Connecticut in 1978, to Eileen Dolan (nee Medvey) and Dimitrios R. Psaki. Dimitrios R. Psaki is a retired real estate developer whose father emigrated in 1904 to Greece and whose mother was Irish. The couple got married in the year 1976. Psaki also has Polish origins. Psaki graduated in 1996 from Greenwich High School. In 2000, she received an education from the College of William & Mary. She is an active Chi Omega sorority member. Psaki was an athlete in backstroke at William & Mary Tribe. Psaki began her career in 2001 when she was involved in the re-election campaigns for Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki then became John Kerry's press secretary. Psaki was also the communications director for Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and as the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to the year 2006. MSNBC has announced Psaki as an analyst in the 2022 United States Elections and during the 2024 presidential campaign. In 2023, she will host a show for MSNBC's Peacock streaming channel.
