Lily Rabe

 Lily Rabe is an American actress from the United States. Her most well-known work is her role in the FX horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021). In recognition of her performance as Portia in the Broadway production of The Merchant of Venice, she was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play. She has starred in movies such as What Just Happened (2008) and Pawn Sacrifice (2010). Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits 2017 and Vice (2018). Fractured (2019). Rabe is also seen on TV in The Whispers (2015) and The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021), and The First Lady (2022). Rabe made her screen debut in 2001, alongside Jill Clayburgh, Rabe's mother. Her stage debut professionally staged by the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts and she reprised her role alongside her mother. She was the main character in her portrayal of speaking well of the dead performed by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl (Frank Pugliese) both of which were one-act plays which allowed her to earn an Equity Card.  In 2003, she returned with the Gloucester Stage Company to star in Proof by David Auburn. She also appeared in the film Mona Lisa Smile. After graduating, she moved back to New York. Deirdre O'Connor's White Jesus was her first-act play. It was part of a play series known as The Democracy Project, presented by the Naked Angels Theater Company.
